Prayer is most important... and while we can pray to our heavenly Father throughout the day.... what is key is to pray when we start the day - Our Lord Jesus the Christ instructed us that prayers do not need to be long with many words since our Father knows what you need before you ask... therefore ask the Holy Spirit to help you pray as you start the day - Bless you
After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. Heavenly Father, we pray in the name of your only begotten son, Jesus... forgive us where we fall short of the mark, we ask for the Holy Spirit to be with us today sothat we can be an instrument of your peace to everyone we meet - Father God, protect my eyes and ears from evil... allow my heart to be filled only with your love - May you alone receive all the glory - Amen
