Fellowship of Believers

We are blessed you are checking out what the Lord is doing at our fellowship of believers Simple Church... we have listed a few things below to help you better understand what we feel the Lord Jesus is telling us to do on Sunday:  (not necessarily in this order and yes... this is about 45 minutes)

• We are always open to someone wanting to ask a question or wanting to share a God Story "testimony"... everyone is blessed together
• Read a brief children's Sunday School Book story... we worship as a family all together  
• Listen to and sing along with various praise songs... some are current contemporary songs, while others might be a very traditional hymns such as Amazing Grace
• Spending time in prayer is most important since Father God is the only one who can really bring the loving answers to our problems... we need to talk to him (prayer) daily
• Reading and discussing the Holy Word is also most important for believers to do for a little while... the Word is only absolute truth
• We also listen with our hearts for the voice of the Holy Spirit for anything else He wants to do (ie take communion, celebrate a special day, etc)... He is always welcome here

We also have listed a couple things we don't feel the Lord Jesus telling us to do:

• Have assigned seating... you can sit on the floor if you like
• Pass an offering plate... we choose to help local ministries (see Community-wide Ministries on left sidebar)
• Have children be totally silent and leave the room... they are part of the family celebration
• Special dress code... ours  is "just as you are"
• Have everyone carry a Bible... we have the Holy Word ready for sharing (we have copies of KJV, NKJV, and NIV)

 Also we have listed What We Believe to help you know more about our faith and beliefs

After spending the church time as the Lord desires (approx 45 minutes)... we then plan on sending some time in fellowship or going to lunch:
