Hello… welcome to our cozy southern country home-style B&B – Best price in North Texas $30.00/adult – We are purely quaint in size and furnishings, and are confident you will be delighted with our comfortable down home country setting... it is like going to Grandma and Grandpa's house – Please accept this as our invitation to come and enjoy it also - Give us a try... we'll guarantee to make your stay Texas!

1. Christian based ethics and environment (ie no smoking, no alcohol, unmarried couples please ask for separate rooms… thank you)
2. Typical full country breakfast served between 7:00AM and 9:00AM CST (ie pancakes, eggs, meat, and grits or hash browns) or something more healthy if you like (ie whole wheat cereal, toast, and fruit)... can be served in your room too
3. The two bedrooms are upstairs and they share a central bath off of the hall… individual bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries (ie shampoo and soap) are available for each room... personal towels are hung behind your bedroom door
4. We will be happy to make a reservation, phone 866.547.0639 or 940.365.2560 between 9:00AM and 5:00PM CST – Check in time is between 3:00PM and 8:00PM CST – Checkout time is by 10:00AM CST – Please identify when registering if special time arrangements may be needed... thank you
5. We do have ramped access however, we are working on a downstairs bedroom and bath that will be limited handicap friendly… this is scheduled for completion early next year
6. Children are welcome – Children under 5 that can sleep with parent are half price ($15.00) and over 5 are full adult price ($30.00)
7. Pets will need to stay in a nearby kennel (The Big Dog House 940.440.9400) or arrangements are negotiable – Pets can not be in rooms at anytime… lets talk
8. A dial-up data line and PC is available in our business office sothat you can check your eMail and eBay activity
9. All reservations will require a $20.00 deposit and can not be refunded if cancellation... credit cards are processed via online PayPal
10. A large parking and turnaround area is available - Sorry, no RV hookups… just lots of parking space

· Cane pole fishing (catch-n-release) in our quarter acre deep water pond
· Children’s play area, cargo net climbing, horse-swing, slide, picnic deck, and don't miss the authentic American TeePee... longbow archery lessons available
· Take a delightful morning hike through our wooded acre trails and wildflower pasture… don’t miss the log cabin museum and old west town
· Or have a peaceful morning on the front porch reading the paper or swinging and listening to the birds
· In the evening have fun on the lighted covered patio listening to music, relaxing, talking, playing pool... or all of these
· Enjoy our Friday night outdoor ice cream party and campfire.... there are more stars than you can count
· There are two regular screen TV/DVD/VCR w/Satellite (Dish) televisions downstairs - Each with independent tuning and volume - One in the den and the other in the dinning room... anyone want popcorn
Room Accommodations:
· Each upstairs room has two twin beds
· Both rooms have tree top window views
· There are two wireless house phone available for in room usage (local calls only)
· A TV/VCR/DVD television is available for in room watching – Since upstairs channel reception is limited, we have many family VCR tapes and DVDs to choose from
· Each room has a cassette/CD/record/AM-FM radio stereo, we have many music CD and cassette tapes to choose from
· The upstairs bathroom has a stair stepper exercise machine - This machine may be moved to your room for additional comfort during usage
