Tent Revivals

This year, 2008, is our first year as full time on the road ministry... our home is the motor home. I feel like Abraham a lot of times where the Lord told him to pack up his family and just go and I will show you where. Truly this is a walk of faith, but I feel like there is not any time to waste. Jeremiah 8:20 "The harvest is past, the summer has ended, and we are not saved." That is another CD that we have to put in your hands. We would like too come to your city, church, campground, wherever we can to tell the world about Jesus and his love. We are seeking the Lord as to where to go and what to do. I tell people I am just one phone call away from anywhere. If you want the tent to come to your area, seek the Lord and see if He would have us come and minister in your area. We also do church revivals and camp meetings. We need to hear from you as soon as possible so we can put together our schedule for the coming year. We are looking forward to hearing from you with your prayer request and letters.

 

2008 Schedule

The year is starting out with us back in the Aubrey area with Pastor Steve Newman and the First Assembly of God family in Pilot Point, Texas. We are looking for a Holy Ghost filled revival there. What a way to start the new year. There are a lot of hurting and hungry people in the land. And we would like to reach as many as we can and let them know there is help in Christ. I will lift my eyes unto the hills from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord.

2007 Schedule

The year begun with an awesome outpouring of the Lord in Manchester, Ky. It was on the 2nd night of the revival that a lady stood up and proclaimed she had just gotten saved. She said she thought she had gotten saved 9 years earlier however, right then during the service the Lord showed her she hadn't... so she asked the Lord to save her and He did. Hallelujah, thank you Lord Jesus. I wonder how many people have been deceived and are not yet saved. In Jeremiah 8:20 "The harvest is past, the summer has ended, and we are not saved." You don't just get saved by going to the alter, or going to a church building, or paying your tithes... the Holy Spirit has to be dealing with your heart. Then you call upon the Lord and He will draw neigh.

We want to thank our friends Ruben and Norma Perkins for all they have done for us. They bless us by helping put up the tent and park our motor home in their yard. We also stayed here while Gene underwent body scans at UK Hospital. The Doctors have said there is no more cancer. We praise the Lord for this life changing blessing.

In Connersville the revival tent was setup behind the Heim Motel thanks to Lester and Rena. It was a true blessing. While we were there the Lord also blessed us to trade motor homes. This one is a more powerful diesel so we could then get a larger trailer for both the car and the tent. Now we don't go in different vehicles... we can all ride together. Thank you Lord and we also want to thank Plum Grove Church for all their support.  

In Attica, some say the "Devils Playground", we setup again however, this time was noticeably different than 2 years earlier. This time it was peaceful and some of the people from before were not there. We did meet Brother Gene Gibson who asked for prayer from eye pressure. The next night he came and said his eyes felt normal again. He was going the next day to get his drivers license so we prayed again for him. The next night he came back and reported he got a 100% on his eye test. Praise the Lord. 

We were glad to see all our friends and met new ones. We tahnk you Ray Strange for all he has done to help us put up the tent and get the word out. There was a man give his life to the Lord and was delivered from alcohol. He was baptized the Saturday before we left so we got to be there for that. We helped do some work on the mission while we were there. The Devil is trying to stop what the Lord wants to go on in that area. They are trying to close the mission now but with much prayer from us all the Lord will come through again.

We were glad to see all our friends there. The morning we went to put the tent up there were 9 men there to help us. We thank all of you for your help and support. Brother Dennis Henson came up to minister and support us. The Whightland Aires were back with us in Austin. We thank the Lord for the blessing they are. We met Sister Julie Ann Jones who was visiting from Georgia. There was a truck driver who came under the tent and gave his life to the Lord. After the revival we ministered 2 nights at Brother Noah Spicer's church. A lady came forth and said she got saved. Another soulin the kingdom. Praise the LORD that is what it is all about. This is why we travel around the nation preaching the gospel.

Then we went to Aubrey, Tx where we didn't put the tent up but was blessed to minister in 4 different churches. We have put th etent up 2 different times in Aubrey so we felt like we were going home for a little while. Pastor Preston Harrison and the church made us feel like we were home.

We are now in Port Isabel, Tx where we feel the  Lord has sent us for a much needed rest and catch up on some things: getting the newsletter out, painting the tent poles, and also getting more CDs ready. We have a powerful DVD with an anointed word from the LORD on it thanks to Brother Joe Compton.

 

All CDs and DVDs are $5.00 donation. We are fulltime Evangelists, truly sold out to Jesus. We want to give you a chance to sow seed into this ministry. My new CD "All Is Well" tells how God blesses them that bless a man of God. You may not travel from place to place in revival but you can be a big part in this ministry. We need you to sow the best seed you can into this ministry there are many expenses. The price of fuel is high. There is insurance on the motor home, vehicle, liability insurance on the tent, portable rest rooms to name a few. Not to mention the payments on the motor home and trailer. I know God will bless. His word tells us he will supply all our needs according to His riches in glory.
