DCRTL has a 'Pray and Pay as you Go and Grow' operational model... meaning we need to have fund raisers to have events

Plse Pray about starting a fund raiser at your church or organization - You are empowered to start and we will help too

Prayer: Our heavenly Father, we pray in our Lord and your son's name... we pray for each member of our chapter - We ask that your Spirit fill our hearts with love and truth sothat we may present the Pro-life message with compassion and conviction - Father, we lift up our chapter as a whole to you sothat you can direct the business and operating processes, the fund raisers, the membership drives, the educational events, and everything we do as a chapter of Texas Right To Life... Lord we pray for your Pro-life will to be done through the Denton County Right To Life - For your glory and honor alone, and in Jesus name, Amen

Members: plse use this information on the Members Page to further our Pro-life messages throughout Denton County - Let us know if you have any questions and how we can assist you... thank you for your pro-life efforts - Additionally, donations and financial support are also very helpful - If you can't donate time because of your personal schedules, then know that your financial support will greatly help the team of volunteers accomplish our chapter's goals... again, thank you for your pro-life efforts

Procedures:

Denton County Right to Life eMail Guidelines

It has come to our attention that we should put a mass email guideline in place… therefore, plse do not send mass emails out to the DCRTL team – What would be better is to send the email to the DCRTL Secretary admin@dentoncountyrtl.org and they will forward to everyone according to the following guidelines:

General Correspondence Emails

1    The DCRTL Secretary will maintain a list of those DCRTL members that wish “not” to receive “general correspondence” from other informational sources (ie other members, organizations, etc)

2     The DCRTL Secretary will first pre-read all emails and verify all embedded links prior to distribution

3     The DCRTL Secretary will get the Presidents co-approval on any questionable or low-priority emails prior to distribution

4     The DCRTL Secretary will reply to the email originator with any questions and feedback prior to distribution… including emails determined not to be distributed directly however, using www.dentoncountyrtl.org website as much as possible rather than mass emails

DCRTL Business Emails

1     The DCRTL Secretary will be the coordination point for all “chapter business” mass distribution emails

2     The DCRTL Secretary will consider combining email information from chapter members and leaders prior to distribution

3     The DCRTL Secretary will use the www.dentoncountyrtl.org website as much as possible rather than mass emails

Special Note: Use the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the National RTL and Texas RTL emails if you need to change your arrangements for those emails
