Trust Him by Brother Ian

It is so frequent that I hear people say "Why should Christianity be the only religion that is right?"

I frequently hear "Science does not give any evidence of God."

I often hear "There are more holy books than the Bible!"

Over and over I hear "There cannot be any God, as our world is so full of misery."

Again and again I hear "Religion is for the hereafter, but I am living now"

I always hear "Faith in God and Jesus is for kids and simple minds!"

It is so often that I hear "You cannot spread the message if you are not a good person!"

People often try to solve all the problems in the world at once or to cover all doubts or even try to find proof and evidence for everything when it comes to religion. But faith is not about hard work for evidence and problem-solving. It is about trust.

I trust in Jesus, for the Lord has always spoken to all peoples in the world.

I trust in Jesus, for God again and again shows his presence in all the sophisticated details that Science keeps finding out about creation.

I trust in Jesus, as God has spoken to every single human being on Earth and if they just trusted and listened, they could all write a Holy Book of their own.

I trust in Jesus, as our trust in Him can help us stop inflicting misery upon each other.

I trust in Jesus, as the Father does not forget his people and blesses their lives if they just trust in Him.

I trust in Jesus, and believe that I must simply receive God like a child.

I trust in Jesus, knowing that we are all sinners, without exemption, and just have to trust in Him to forgive us our sins and take the punishment in our stead, thus setting us all free.

I trust that the Holy Spirit will miraculously change my life and the life of all Mankind if we just trust Him. I trust in Jesus. It is that simple.
